It also covers a number of activities that will lead participants in supervisory roles and exercising respective responsibilities, all in keeping with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Its main purpose is to guide participants in responding to questions and scenarios that are associated with employees, management and daily organizational operations, whether within projects and/or programmes. Each unit is designed to assist participants to ensure they gain the full benefit of the particular topic as they immerse themselves into learning the fundamentals of Supervisory Management. The compilation of material is intended to expose adult learners as they traverse their way in supervising their employees in keeping with the organizations’ strategic goals and objectives.
