GRANT PROPOSAL WRITING WORKBOOK & MANUAL highlights key areas in support of participants having to write effective proposals for grants from Funding Agencies amongst the competitive nature of other organizations who seeks to complete projects and programmes that best suits their stakeholders’ needs. The publication covers such areas as: Planning, Developing and Finalizing the Proposal, as well as, indicating to Funding Agencies how organization intend to monitor and evaluate projects or programmes. It also covers a number of activities that will lead participants in practicing how to write cover and response letters to give them an advantage for being awarded grants over their organization’s competitors. Its main purpose is to guide participants in responding to very difficult questions that proposal reviewers may ask prior to granting their organization funding for their respective projects and programmes. Each unit is designed to assist participants to ensure they gain the full benefit of the particular topic as they immerse themselves into writing a grant proposal. The compilation of material is intended to expose adult learners as they traverse their way in representing their organizations’ best interest through their writing of grant proposals. The participant will realize that each activity is so designed to trigger their writing capabilities and not simply be recipients of knowledge. It is a workbook and manual not a textbook and as a consequence it has some aspects of narrative that triggers the thinking for appropriate responses.
