LEADERSHIP & ETHICS MANUAL AND WORKBOOK highlights key areas such as: Changing nature of leadership, the relational leadership model, understanding yourself, others and complex organizations, leading with integrity and purpose, good governance, change and many more that are relevant when leading ethically. It includes several activities in each unit designed to assist students/participants to understand leadership in an effort to improve their skills, readying themselves for the world of work, college life and in situations that may require them to exercise leadership skills. The compilation of material is intended to further advance persons’ leadership skills, who are already in leadership positions and aspiring to be in leaders of complex organizations. The participant will realize that each activity is so designed to trigger their innate capabilities for future endeavors and not simply narratives for academic purposes. It is a manual and workbook, therefore handwritten responses are required for each activity. This publication may be part of a series to ensure students/participants are fully equipped, as they better themselves to engage in ethical leadership.
