Dexter Les Pierre-Luke

FOUNDER & CHIEF LEADER

His Excellency (H. E.) Reverend (Rev.) Dexter F. Les Pierre-Luke has a diverse background as a multiservice provider in education, consultancy, publishing, leadership and entrepreneurship development, ICT, lifestyle coaching, and creative arts, as well as, spiritual enlightenment counselling and coaching. He is an Ambassador of the Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace and a Spiritual Shepherd of the Spiritual Baptist Faith. He has close to four decades of experience, having worked in both the public and private sectors. A passionate educator for over two decades, he has a Master of Education (MEd) Degree in Educational Studies from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom (UK), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Computer Information Systems, and an Associate of Science (ASc) Degree in Business Administration, both from Andrews University (USA). He is also a Licentiate Member of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), UK after successfully acquiring the Third-Level Group Diploma in Marketing.

Beverly is an avid fashionista, and personal shopper enthusiast with experience in the procurement of men and women’s clothing, and accessories. Beverly can outfit any personal-brand design to the last detail, adding value to the Retxed Personal Development suite of services. She is also an experienced nail technician with over twenty years of experience in the field of nail art.  She leads our UStyle initiative, offering a wealth of knowledge and practical experiences in how to look your best. Beverly has a great sense of humour, and loves a good workout and Trini-lime.

Desiree is extremely practical, an organiser, planner and social advocate, who strives for social change and justice, offering herself to serve the community as the Councillor for the Five Rivers District within the Tunapuna-Piarco Regional Corporation under the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government.  She is an Ambassador for Peace, registered with the United Nations University for Global Peace.  Mrs. De Freitas-Foster has forty years of experience with government & private agencies and the holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources (Major) Entrepreneurship (Minor), an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Administration, Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology with an emphasis on Information Systems Management, all from the College of Science, Technology and the Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT), with this knowledge and experience, Desiree adds significant value to the Retxed suite of services. 

Nikolai is known as a perfectionist, a consummate professional and ideologist, who has channelled his abilities and capabilities delivering service to perfection, as part of the Retxed team, with over twenty years of corporate experience in a number of technical areas.  He holds several technical and professional advanced certifications, which are beneficial to enhancing the Retxed suite of services. 

Akeem is a keen, practical, professional and technical consultant, who holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Computer Science Majoring in Networking, He leads our IT business team in offering a high level of support that is needed in today’s ever-evolving technology world of things to stay connected. Akeem wears many hats, both for style and at Retxed.

Ms. Sarah Lezama brings her love for figures and their associated calculations with reference to accounting and finance. She is a certified accountant with an MBA specialising in Strategic Planning. She worked in the public sector for eighteen years, reaching senior management level. Her ability to advise and support other entrepreneurs with their businesses adds value to RetXed Incorporated. We are happy to have her as part of the team.

As a human capital consultant, Ah-Keel delivers on human resource planning, professional development, and performance management to help clients: employers get the best from their employees, as well as working with employees on their personal development plans.

Ah-keel is a passionate, intuitive professional who adds value to the Retxed suite of services.  As part of Retxed’s social responsibility agenda, Ah-keel’s passion for craft and handiwork has become a significant attraction to the clientele for Retxed. He holds degrees in Management, Business Administration with Entrepreneurship and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management, positioning him to lead Retxed HR Capital Team. Ah-Keel enjoys riding motorbikes and spending time with his daughter. 

Lorencia is a certified professional whose experience brings a wealth of knowledge to Retxed Inc., supplementing the personal development offerings and the consultancy team, catering to Retxed entrepreneurial clientele with their accounting and investment portfolios.  At Retxed Lorencia adds much humour with her sunny personality.  

Deaconess Burgess is an existentialist, a pragmatic, strategic, critical thinker, who is highly spiritual and extremely professional, who displays strong ethical and moral values, inspiring all members of Retxed Team to develop those intrinsic skills further.  She is an avid teacher and educator, having more than forty years of experience in teaching, lecturing, and educational practices. She holds a Master of Education Degree in Educational Studies from the University of Sheffield, UK, and a Baccalaureate of Science Degree in Educational Services from Andrews University. Furthermore, she also holds a Graduate Diploma in Technology Education with an Advanced Certificate in Project Management. You can also catch her in Retxed Lifestyle sessions as a spiritual counsellor, vibrating peace and tranquillity with wisdom, grace and positivity. 

Rian currently resides in the US, establishing himself with a number of skills that he shares with the Retxed Incorporated Team. He is an experienced entrepreneur, who understands sales and marketing. He is also an experienced Culinary Arts Professional, an Executive Chef, a Restaurant Manager and Culinary Arts Instructor, a level of academia that is in keeping with our brand, offering consultancy in retail business and sales for Retxed Incorporated. Not only that, but he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Culinary Arts from the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of the West (UWI) Indies; and an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the UWI Arthur Lok Jack School of Business.  

A gifted orator, he has advanced from a radio announcer, television news anchor to an entrepreneur, business owner and Senator serving the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. His academic credentials from Andrews University include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Sciences. He also acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Australia Institute of Business. He has over thirty years of broadcasting communication experience, leading radio announcers in the capacity of Programme Director/Manager. Dr. Richards continues as an avid radio announcer and television producer and presenter, hosting and interviewing Caribbean celebrities, dignitaries as well as a range of personalities locally and foreign.  Dr. Richards is a man of great humility who believes in education as a lifelong endeavour, for this he brings true value to Retxed Inc.’s vision.

Cheryl, with her wealth of experiences, brings her passionate drive about community service and social endeavours, along with forty years of experience in Military Management, Regiment Recruits & Officers Training, Human Resource Management, Organisational Leadership, Administration, Public Relations and Banking, all of which she brings to the RetXed Incorporate Team, and its clientele.  Cheryl believes in the pursuance of academia, professional and personal development. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management with Distinction from Heriot-Watt University, a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management (1st Class Honours) from University of Greenwich. Cheryl has a heart of gold when it comes to helping others and is a key ingredient to the Retxed service offerings.

Mr Reid is a fount of knowledge, with intelligence and talent, who has tremendous linguistic skills as an Attorney-at-Law, a Professional Communications Practitioner and an Educator since 1998 with a progressive combination of experiences traversing the private and public sectors. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Literature, Linguistics and Creative Arts, a Bachelors of Law (LLB) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, the knowledge of which he brings to the Retxed Incorporated team and its clientele.

Stanley is known as one of the nation’s top radio announcers with the best on-air vocals, according to industry standards. He has thirty plus years of experience hosting, anchoring, producing, scriptwriting for several successful on-air radio programs that air during morning and evening prime time periods.  He held positions of news presenter, broadcaster, senior producer and programme director, radio announcer at a number of radio networks of Trinidad and Tobago – a mix of a sociable and proficient focus on competence for precision diction, accuracy in information delivery with specific reference to radio announcing and voice-over talent to any broadcasting training sessions or consultancy, all of which he brings to the RetXed Incorporated team and its clientele.
