EDUCAN programs are designed to award with certification that requires completion of an organized program of study: a full diploma certificate, which consists of all the courses listed under the particular program, or a student can opt to do only the courses as elective/s: a technique to upskilling.

EDUCAN offers full academic assessment with certification of achievement or a study that does not carry an assessment with a certificate of participation for upskilling. Some programs provide specialized training for people who already have diplomas or degrees. Others are for those who want to quickly complete a program that leads to a specific job.
