INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANUAL AND WORKBOOK highlights key areas questioning the participant in Hardware, Software, Databases, Networking, Telecommunication, Internet, World Wide Web, Intrusion Detection, Anti-Virus and many more. It includes typical questions and sample answers to assist the participant guiding them in how questions should be answered introducing them to higher learning in an academic and practical environment. The activities are so designed to engage the participant to assist them to gain the full benefit of information technology as they immerse themselves into various aspects of a technological environment. The compilation of material is intended to ‘orient’ adult learners as they traverse their way in and around the world of a digital infrastructure. The participant will realize that each activity is so designed to trigger their personal capabilities and not simply be recipients of knowledge. It is predominantly a workbook therefore handwritten responses are required for each activity and a manual with answered questions to test the responses.
